Our team will hand-process and scan your film, then return your cut and sleeved negatives. Once your order is complete, we’ll email you to let you know your negatives are ready for pickup and provide a Google Drive link to download your scans. Typical turnaround time is 7–14 days, as all film is carefully hand processed by our volunteer team.

Processed negatives are held for 90 days after completion. After that time, unclaimed negatives may be recycled to help us make space for new orders.
